A program designed to build confidence and enhance the Jiu-jitsu skills of young (from 7-12 years old) students, preparing them for effective competition with mental resilience.
Details:
- Intense training sessions focused on drills, technique, and wrestling. - Sessions on sports psychology, nutrition, and breathing exercises. - Structured rest periods with educational activities. - Daily rolls and practical application of techniques.
Dates and Times:
August 19-23, from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Location: GB Vancouver (2440 Main Street).
